Reverse the order of lpf and flatpak on Spotify guide 
`lpf` is not straightforward installation, so we've decided in
Issue #491(https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs/issue/491)
to reverse the order, being `flatpak` the first recommendation.

Remove duplicated sudo for running dnf search cmd 
The example already presents `#` to indicate that `sudo` user
is performing the command. So there is no need to repeat `sudo`
on executing `dnf search`.

551362d3da fonts: Use /usr/local/share for unpackaged fonts 
Avoid storing unmanaged content in `/usr/share` and use
`/usr/local/share` instead.

This also has the advantage of working on rpm-ostree variants for Fedora
such as Silverblue & Kinoite.

8099c48ae0 Replace dnf update with dnf upgrade. 
The `dnf upgrade` is better than the `dnf update`. The `dnf update` works, but
it is a deprecated alias of the `upgrade`.

$ rpm -q dnf
dnf-4.13.0-1.fc36.noarch

$ man dnf
...
   Upgrade Command
       Command: upgrade
       Aliases: up
       Deprecated aliases: update, upgrade-to, update-to, localupdate

2ddeb4fe6b replace gnome tweaks with gnome extensions app

fdb9bd58fc Fix page DNF System Upgrade headings 
Page DNF System Upgrade had incorrect looking headers.
Top level section "Optional post-ugrade tasks" had only one sub-section,
"Update system configuration files".
The next top level section "Upgraded package configurations"
seemingly continue with the exact same topic,
and had multiple sub-sections that seemed to fit better under
"Optional post-upgrade tasks".
Fixed by simply removing the header "Upgraded package configurations",
after that everything seems much better.

968fdd1b00 CUPS issues: move USB port conflict from HPLIP to ipp-usb 
The USB port conflict is more generic than just for HPLIP - it affects
even other classic drivers, so let's move it into ipp-usb section.

Additionally, mention the common issue that device sometimes does not
advertise all of its options via driverless protocols.

0271db9b23 Remove Creating RPM Packages 
The content in page "Creating RPM Packages"
has been subsumed under "Package Tutorial: GNU Hello"
in the Package Maintainer Docs.
Thus, the page is removed
and all references to it are pointed to the Packaging Tutorial.
"Creating RPM Packages" has one subpage,
which is moved to a top-level page.

In a separate commit for the Package Maintainer Docs,
the url of "Creating RPM Packages" will be listed as an alias
of the "Package Tutorial" so that external links will keep working.

1862542588 Improve How to File a Bug 
* Migrate some of the content from the old "Bugs and Feature Requests" wiki page
* Add cross references to places that have additional info
* Add a table of contents because gee whiz this page is big
* Encourage people to go to Ask Fedora first, in the hopes that the issue gets solved there and we don't end up with bugs that will just sit until EOL closure.

has been imported to the Package Maintainer Docs.
It has also received a major update,
bringing it up to date with current Fedora practices.

34fc23c4f1 systemd management: replace Requires=network with After= 
Following the upstream documentation for systemd network target:
https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/NetworkTarget/

It is not supposed to be used as an active unit and it cannot be started
directly. Quote from the website:

Note that network.target is a passive unit: you cannot start it directly
and it is not pulled in by any services that want to make use of the
network. Instead, it is pulled in by the network management service
itself. Services using the network should hence simply place an
After=network.target dependency in their unit files, and avoid any
Wants=network.target or even Requires=network.target.

This patch changes the documentation to follow the upstream
recommendation.

444ac7d1d7 Flag iptables doc as outdated 
- Place a large caution box at the top of the file, warning
  users of the outdated information on the page and directing
  them to the more current "Using firewalld" quick doc.

- Drop the second and third iptables section partials entirely,
  as it's been years since either 'system-config-firewall' or
  'system-config-firewall-tui' has been available in the repos.

f417e3dece update system upgrade docs 
* Improve messaging regarding N->N+2 upgrades.
* Move some details regarding Rawhide issues to the specific Rawhide wiki page.
  This generic guide doesn't need to go into detail about Rawhide issues,
  because that makes it harder to read for general users (not interested in
  Rawhide). Power users can follow a link.
* Update gnome-software screenshot (more recent, with graphics).
* Clearly state that upgrading using pure `dnf` or `fedora-upgrade` is
  unsupported.
* Other small adjustments and clarifications, link fixes. Make section headlines
  look consistent across articles (don't capitalize every word).

[DNF System Upgrade] Don't hardcode versions 
The current version of the page includes hardcoded, obsolete references
to e.g. Fedora 28, 30, and 31, which can be confusing.

Replace references with attributes, and add a new one, `{NEXTNEXTVER}`
for the branched example.

The virtio-win docs are out of date, and soon to be even more so with
coming upstream changes to the yum repo. Upstream devs would like to
move the docs closer to the upstream project infrastructure.
