b6e35e692a Update upgrading-fedora-offline.adoc, add instructions to regenerate rescue kernel (Issue #654) 
This commit provides instructions to regenerate the rescue kernel. The rescue kernel is generated by Anaconda during system install, but it may not be updated afterwards, like when updating a kernel or when performing a dnf-system-upgrade.

It addresses discussions on the user mailing list, the Fedora boards and Reddit.[1,2.3]

1843a48e08 Change section name "Clean-up old kernels" to sentence case 
The change request that added the section "Clean-up Old Kernels" used title case (all capitol letters). It has been an eye sore since I submitted it because the rest of the document uses sentence case (first letter capitol, others lower).

This PR fixes the case by changing the section name to sentence case. Sentence case is consistent with the other parts of the document.

c1c6961221 Update links in modules/ROOT/pages/creating-and-using-a-live-installation-image.adoc, change uses of GNOME Disk Utility to GNOME Disks 
This started out as a rather small link change, in case the https://getfedora.org redirect breaks eventually.

This commit:
- replaces links to https://getfedora.org/ with links to https://fedoraproject.org/
- replaces mentions of GNOME Disk Utility with mentions of GNOME Disks

6ae4e1ddb4 Clean up after 36bbc39 renames, fix 404s on bugzilla-file-a-bug 
36bbc39 renamed some pages but did not update the references to
them, and did not uncomment the page-aliases line for the 'how
to file a bug' page, so attempting to access it by its old name
(either from an external link or from the table of contents)
ended in a 404. This should fix everything up, tested locally.

Microsoft has removed their .repo file. I added instructions to create and fill a local .repo file using nano. The repo file contains baseurls for stable and unstable repos with unstable being disabled.

42b78b8619 rewritten arm-installer shell commands with delimitter \ for readability 
any long commands with flags are read better with delimitter. Checked on local build and preview.

22ce320348 Use the long GPG key ID instead of the short one 
Update the text to prefer the long (16-char) GPG key ID instead of
the unsafe short key ID.  The Fedora Accounts "SSH & GPG Keys"
settings page, for example, does not allow use of the short ID, so
it would be good to explain how to determine the long one.
