Subject: [PATCH 141/482] * util/grub-reboot.in (usage): Document the need for
 GRUB_DEFAULT=saved. * util/grub-set-default.in (usage): Likewise. Reported
 by: Brian Candler.  Fixes Ubuntu bug #1102925.
