0e2518f5ef Add updated kubernetes quick guide for versioned Kubernetes 
The kubernetes quick guide has been significantly revised and expanded
to document the addition of versioned kubernetes rpms to Fedora.

The guide has been partitioned into several nested pages that ease
access and readability.

cb3321d9ff Update modules/ROOT/pages/grub2-bootloader.adoc 
Update the LVM steps section for Restoring the bootloader using the Live disk.
Optimize and reorganize the contents, unify the common parts with the BTRFS steps section.
Fix the incorrect and outdated instructions, specifically:

Also improve syntax and formatting in other sections.

f9cffb2a8e Update kubernetes version information 
Kubernetes v1.30 has been released and will soon land in rawhide.
Kubernetes v1.26 is no longer supported. A change request to update
Fedora 38 to Kubernetes v1.27 has been submitted given a security issue
has been found and corrected with an update to all supported versions.

c0eeae3bd8 Don't advise user to manually install DNF system upgrade plugin 
The plugin was moved into dnf-plugins-core in
2022 [0], negating the need to manually install it.
