Update the LVM steps section for Restoring the bootloader using the Live disk.
Optimize and reorganize the contents, unify the common parts with the BTRFS steps section.
Fix the incorrect and outdated instructions, specifically:

Also improve syntax and formatting in other sections.
- bootloader does not need to be reinstalled after running mkconfig
- add/clarify encrypted password kickstart options
